Data Privacy
Protecting your personal data is very important to me. I process your data exclusively in accordance with the legal provisions (GDPR / DSG-VO). Unfortunately, these things always sound quite technical and scary - yet they are so important in my opinion. On this page, you’ll find information about which data is collected on my website, how I use it, and what rights you have.
I’ve tried to make everything as clear and easy to understand as possible.
1. Automatic Data Storage
When you visit my website, certain technical data is automatically collected and stored in what are called server log files. This is necessary to keep the website secure and reliable. I do use an established website providers hat uses some of these informations (no personal data) for statistics, f.e. so I can see if my website is visited by people. Because if none of you would visit, I don't need a website. However - this data includes:
-
the address (URL) of the page visited
-
your browser type and version
-
the operating system used (windows, iOS, ...)
-
the address (URL) of the previously visited page (referrer URL)
-
the hostname and IP address of the device you use
-
date and time of access
This data is usually stored for a short period and then automatically deleted. I do not share it with third parties.
2. Personal Data You Provide
This is probably the most important part of my data usage - make sure to reach out if any further questions:
When you contact me via the contact form or by email, I store the information you provide (e.g., name, email address, phone number, message) to answer your inquiry or arrange an appointment.
The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).
I do not share (or sell) your data without your explicit consent.
3. Photos of Clients - hopefully you? :)
On my website, I show photos of my work that may include clients. These photos are used only with your explicit consent in accordance with law. However - I often do ask for like a general consent for publishing photos f.e. out of your wedding gallery I sent you. If you do find a photo that you don't what to have published, just reach out anytime.
By Law: You do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [hi@lackermann.at].
Once withdrawn, I will promptly remove the corresponding image(s) and inform you asap.
4. Cookies
My website uses cookies to enable basic functions and to make it easier for you to use the site.

When you visit a page containing such elements, your browser may send data (such as your IP address or browser information) to the respective provider. I have no influence over how these platforms handle your data, but these providers do need to have a privacy policy on their own.

-
access your stored data
